Notes:

1. Surcharge RM40.00 per person per night will be imposed based on the selected date in term & condition.

Diving Terms & Condition:

1. Minimum certified open water diver from recognized dive agencies with last dive less than 6 months ago.

2. Any last dive more than 6 months ago may be required to undergo a Scuba Review at additional cost.

3. Must produce certified dive card and dive log book at the dive center before commencing first dive.

4. Produce any valid dive insurance policy or card (eg : from Diver’s Alert Network – DAN) upon registration at dive center.

5. No refund for any cancellation made at dive center due to personal request. However, for cancellation made by the resort due to unfavorable weather condition, the resort may substitute the cancelled dive trip with other services of equivalent value.

6. Additional dives, including night dives can be booked at dive center at additional cost

7. Dive sites will be determined by dive instructor / dive master on the day of dive trip. Any specific dive site requested will be subjected to number of divers and sea/weather condition. A nominal surcharge may apply for special request dive sites.

Remarks:

1. Harga dinyatakan adalah dalam Ringgit Malaysia

2. Bilik bergantung kepada kekosongan pada ketika tempahan dilakukan

3. Harga tidak termasuk caj pemeliharaan marine (Marine Conservation Charge)

4. Bayaran 50% diperlukan dalam masa 7 hari dari tarikh membuat tempahan. Bayaran penuh harus dijelaskan dalam masa 3 minggu dari tarikh ketibaan.

5. Waktu check-in adalah bermula pukul 3 petang dan checkout pada pukul 12 tengah hari.

6. Harga termasuk 6% SST yang ditetapkan oleh kerajaan.
